Kaitlyn Wilson joined The Chason Group with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and helping great organizations stand out. She supports the firm’s marketing efforts by developing executive search announcements, press releases, and promotional materials that highlight the unique strengths of communities and leadership opportunities across the Southeast.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Marketing, Kaitlyn is currently pursuing her MFA in Creative Writing at Liberty University. Her background in both business and the arts gives her a unique perspective—balancing creative thinking with sharp attention to detail. Though early in her career, she’s known for being driven, dependable, and always eager to learn and grow.

Originally from Georgia, Kaitlyn currently resides in Atlanta and is proud to contribute to a team that values integrity, excellence, and meaningful impact—and she’s excited to grow right alongside it.
